Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Chanditala-II. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, engaging with potential and existing clients, providing product or service information, and addressing inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. You will also maintain accurate call records, achieve assigned sales or customer service targets, and contribute to building strong client relationships through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills, including fluency in relevant languages and the ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems and data entry tasks
- Problem-solving and active listening skills to handle customer inquiries and provide solutions
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer support is a plus
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is an advantage
