Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role based in Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients over the phone to provide information about the company's financial products and services. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, addressing customer concerns, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales and service targets. The role also involves accurately maintaining customer records and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephonic skills
• Sales and negotiation skills to effectively pitch products and address client queries
• Ability to maintain customer databases and keep accurate records
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools and data entry
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer relationship management skills
• Experience in financial services or a related sector is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications or training in customer service and sales are a plus
