Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will communicate with potential and existing customers through outbound calls, inform them about services, resolve inquiries, and maintain detailed records of interactions. The role entails meeting monthly call and sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and effective listening skills
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining call logs
- Ability to achieve targets and work effectively under pressure
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory
