Role Description:
- Engage with potential customers via incoming and outgoing calls or emails to identify new business opportunities.
- Clearly understand customer requirements and respond to their queries with patience and professionalism.
- Share qualified leads or customer details with the concerned team for follow-up and conversion.
- Inform customers about our latest products, services, offers, or promotional campaigns.
- Accurately collect and record essential customer information such as name, address, and contact details.
- Maintain proper records of conversations and customer responses during calls.
- Please note: This is not a target-based roleyour primary responsibility is effective and courteous communication.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service and telemarketing is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
- Experience in education consultancy or related fields is advantageous

- Salary: 15,000/month
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
