We're looking for a Technical Recruiter — (PST Shift )someone who lives and breathes recruitment, thrives on connecting people to opportunity, and builds relationships that go beyond job titles. This is a new, high-impact role designed to bridge the gap between candidates, hiring managers, and the larger Talent team. You'll own the candidate journey end-to-end — from sourcing and screening to delivering a seamless experience that reflects who we are as a company.
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
● Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for multiple open roles.
● Manage candidate communication across calls, emails, and follow-ups.
● Coordinate interviews and track progress with hiring managers.
● Maintain the ATS with complete, up-to-date information.
● Ensure every candidate gets timely responses (within 24–48 hours).
● Track metrics like time-to-fill, candidate quality, and HM satisfaction.
You'll work closely with:
● Hiring Managers — to understand roles and expectations.
● Talent Manager — for guidance, growth, and feedback.
● Candidates — to deliver an exceptional, human experience.
You'll Succeed If You Can:
● Deliver 30+ qualified candidates per week across roles.
● Get 80%+ of your screened candidates accepted by HMs.
● Maintain consistent follow-ups and strong candidate engagement.
What You Bring (Skills & Experience) Must-Have Skills:
● End-to-end recruitment experience.
● Sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals).
● CV & phone screening.
● ATS management & data accuracy.
● Candidate coordination & offer selling.
● Clear and professional communication.

● Reporting & recruitment analytics.
