Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end hiring across Tech & Business teams.
- Source, engage, and close top talent across levels.
- Use data to drive hiring decisions and improve recruitment funnels.
- Partner with hiring managers and act as a talent advisor.
- Build talent pipelines before the business needs them.
- Bring market intelligence, talent mapping, and hiring insights to every discussion.
Data-Driven Recruitment
- Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics including funnel conversion, source effectiveness, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and interviewer efficiency.
- Leverage data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring processes.
- Build dashboards, reports, and hiring insights to support business decision-making.
- Use market mapping and talent intelligence to support workforce planning.
What We're Looking For
- 4-7 years of recruitment experience in startups, product companies, or fast-growth environments.
- Strong experience in both Tech and Non-Tech hiring.
- Comfortable hiring from junior ICs to leadership roles.
- Data-driven, analytical, and naturally curious.
- Not afraid to push back, challenge assumptions, and influence stakeholders.
- Thrives in ambiguity, speed, and high ownership environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in scaling organizations during rapid growth phases.
- Strong understanding of recruitment analytics and hiring dashboards.
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- Exposure to workforce planning, talent intelligence, and market research.
- Prior experience in high-volume and niche hiring environments.
