We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technology hiring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source, screen, and close candidates across various IT skill sets.
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and client discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing candidates across technologies such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, Cloud, Data, ERP, Cyber Security, and other IT domains.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
