Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technology hiring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source, screen, and close candidates across various IT skill sets.

Salary: Up to 35,000 per month

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews and client discussions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Strong experience in sourcing candidates across technologies such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, Cloud, Data, ERP, Cyber Security, and other IT domains.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
