  • ates.Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring n
  • eeds.Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth pro
  • cess.Offer Management: Assist in extending job offers, negotiating salaries, and managing the onboarding pro
  • cess.Market Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to provide strategic insi
  • ghts.Compliance: Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to company policies and legal regulat
  • ions.Reporting: Track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate feed

back.Qualificat

  • ions:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related f
  • ield.Experience: 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environ
  • ment.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of various IT roles (e.g., software developers, network engineers, system administrators) and the technologies associated with
  • them.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakehol
  • ders.Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric appr
  • oach.Tools & Technology: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other recruiting tools and platf
  • orms.Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems with creative solut
  • ions.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priori

ties.
Preferred Qualifica
