Role Summary
We are looking for strong IT Recruiter who can independently drive hiring for critical tech roles. This is not a volume hiring role this position requires someone who understands quality, ownership, and business impact.
What You Will Own
• End-to-end hiring for niche and mid-senior IT roles (e.g., .NET Full Stack, AI/ML, Data, Cloud)
• Direct collaboration with hiring managers - no dependency-driven hiring
• Building strong pipelines instead of relying only on job portals
• Driving closures with speed without compromising quality
• Taking full ownership of offer conversion and candidate engagement
What We Are Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
• Proven track record of closing quality IT positions independently
• Strong understanding of technical roles (not just keyword matching)
• Ability to push back, challenge hiring managers, and add value
• Excellent candidate handling—people should trust you, not ghost you
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing + Naukri (beyond basic usage)
