We are looking for a recruiter who loves the hunt—someone who can build talent pipelines, uncover passive candidates, and consistently deliver quality talent across niche and high-demand technology skill sets.

Job Description

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology positions across Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, Service Management, Applications, and Digital Technologies.
  • Leverage LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, talent mapping, networking, and direct sourcing techniques to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring technology requirements.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent in competitive markets.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, skill requirements, and market availability.
  • Conduct candidate screening and evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Manage compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and hiring closures.
  • Maintain strong engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure recruitment process compliance and ATS accuracy.

Key Attributes

  • 5–10 years of IT recruitment experience with strong sourcing expertise.
  • Proven success in hiring technology talent through direct sourcing and market mapping.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, social sourcing, and other talent channels.
  • Experience hiring across Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, ServiceNow, DevOps, and related technology domains.
  • Ability to identify and engage passive candidates effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience handling multiple open positions in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong negotiation and candidate management capabilities.
