B. About Your Role

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Lead/Associate – Human Capital Management & Innovation who will oversee end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience while helping us build high-performing teams. This role is centered on attracting top talent, fostering strong hiring partnerships, managing key HR processes, and creating a seamless onboarding experience that reflects our values and culture.

C. Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment
  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process across functions — including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder alignment, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives using market intelligence, talent data, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, and creative sourcing approaches to attract and hire top-tier talent. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and long-term hiring needs.
  • Campus & Talent Community Collaboration
  • Support campus hiring and talent community initiatives by collaborating with universities, student groups, external partners, and networking forums to strengthen early talent pipelines and employer visibility.
  • Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, define role expectations, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
  • Ensure a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey, reflecting the company's employer brand, culture, and values. Act as an ambassador of the organization's culture across all candidate and employee interactions.
  • Recruitment Operations & ATS Management
  • Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment workflows to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, process efficiency, and a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding
  • Manage offer discussions, pre-boarding activities, and onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR and functional teams to ensure a smooth and engaging Day 1 experience.
  • Recruitment Analytics & Market Insights
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and hiring benchmarks, while proactively sharing talent market insights and hiring best practices with internal stakeholders.

Employee Experience & Culture Responsibilities

  • Employee Engagement & Experience
  • Support employee engagement and employee experience initiatives in collaboration with the broader HR team, contributing to programs, activities, and initiatives that foster a positive, people-centric, and high-performance culture.
  • HRMS Management & Employee Experience Tools
  • Manage and maintain HRMS platforms and employee experience tools, ensuring accurate records, process efficiency, system adoption, and a seamless employee experience across HR operations and workflows.
  • Culture & Employer Brand Ambassador
  • Champion the organization's culture and values through employee interactions, hiring experiences, onboarding journeys, and internal initiatives, helping strengthen the company's employer brand both internally and externally.

D. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven track record in hiring for both technical and support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with leading job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri for effective sourcing.

Essential technical skills:

  • Familiarity with HRMS systems and onboarding platforms.

Preferred but not mandatory skills or experiences:

  • MBA in a related field, from a recognized university would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with hiring for the U.S. market or supporting global hiring mandates
