Digiaccel Learning is looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. This is a target-driven role that requires strong ownership, speed, and precision in hiring the right talent across functions. You will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment while also supporting critical HR operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
We're looking for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, communicate confidently with stakeholders and manage competing priorities without compromising on quality or timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to onboarding
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial outreach and manage candidate pipelines proactively
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain and manage all recruitment data, trackers and reports in Excel with high accuracy
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly hiring targets
• Support HR operations including documentation, onboarding coordination and process tracking
• Identify bottlenecks in hiring and proactively suggest process improvements
Who Should Apply
• 1-2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High proficiency in Excel (data tracking, reporting, and accuracy are critical)
• Comfortable handling HR operations responsibilities alongside hiring
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn
• Self-starter with high ownership and problem-solving ability
