Role Summary
Join our central Talent Acquisition team as a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will play a key role in building high-quality talent pipelines for frontline and supervisory positions across Oberoi and Trident hotels in India. This is a high-impact position combining proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
● Proactively source high-potential candidates using multi-channel approaches including job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp groups, employee referral programs, campus outreach, job fairs, open house events, and other creative sourcing methods.
● Apply advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean logic, X-ray searches, in-site searches, and targeted queries) across digital platforms to identify diverse talent pools.
● Conduct initial telephonic and video screenings to assess communication skills, motivation, and alignment with Oberoi's service excellence standards.
● Support end-to-end recruitment activities including interview coordination, candidate hosting at events and properties, offer preparation, background checks, pre-employment medicals, and onboarding support.
● Travel to properties and campuses as required to support events, open houses, and candidate engagement activities.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS and generate regular pipeline and activity reports.
● Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process, reinforcing Oberoi's reputation as a premier employer that nurtures long-term careers and a family-like culture.
● Collaborate closely with the TA Lead and team members to consistently meet monthly hiring targets while upholding quality, diversity, and efficiency metrics.
Key Skills & Competencies
● 2–5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment or target-driven roles (experience in hospitality, retail, BPO, or other service industries is preferred; strong digital sourcing skills are essential).
● Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques across digital platforms, with equal comfort in on-ground activities such as events and campus drives.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — effective in engaging candidates as well as coordinating with stakeholders.
● Ability to manage high-volume hiring with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
● Proficiency in MS Office, ATS systems, and workflow tools. ● Collaborative mindset with willingness to work in shifts as required.
● Passion for service excellence and assessing cultural fit for luxury hospitality environments.

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
