ROLE OVERVIEWThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across business functions for a fast-growing shoe care brand. This role is suited for someone who can independently manage hiring requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process.
The individual will work closely with the Management team to support hiring for strategic and key business positions, along with project-based hiring requirements across functions. The role requires a strong focus on timely closures, quality hiring, talent pipeline development, and delivering a smooth and professional candidate experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnd-to-End Recruitment- Manage the complete recruitment process from requirement understanding to onboarding coordination
- Understand hiring requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
- Draft and publish job descriptions across relevant hiring platforms and recruitment channels
- Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, salary discussions, and offer rollouts
- Ensure smooth communication and process management throughout the hiring cycle
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and employee reference networks
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Identify effective sourcing strategies to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality
- Maintain organized recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Stakeholder and Candidate Management- Coordinate closely with the Management team on hiring priorities and recruitment progress
- Conduct preliminary candidate screening and evaluation based on role requirements
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Recruitment Operations and Reporting- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline status
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring documentation
- Support improvements in recruitment processes and hiring workflows
- Coordinate project-based hiring drives and support business expansion requirements
Employer Branding and Talent Engagement- Support employer branding initiatives across hiring platforms and professional networks
- Contribute towards building a strong employer presence within relevant industries
- Assist with recruitment campaigns and talent engagement initiatives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE- Graduate in any discipline (Human Resources specialization preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Prior recruitment experience with Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, start-ups, or modern consumer-focused brands catering to youth-driven markets will be preferred
- Experience managing end-to-end hiring independently across multiple business functions
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS/HRMS platforms, and MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and recruitment support tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and/or hireEZ for sourcing, screening, communication, research, and recruitment workflow optimization preferred

- Hiring Pipeline Strength: Maintaining a strong and consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Campaign Effectiveness: Successful execution of project-based and strategic hiring campaigns across functions.
