Position Overview:

We're looking for a Talent Hunter — someone who can find professionals who aren't on any job board, approach them credibly, and convince them that Proppr is worth their attention.

Your primary mandate: build and maintain a continuous pipeline of Sales Advisor candidates from luxury automotive, private banking, and wealth management backgrounds in Delhi NCR. These are people who are currently employed, comfortable, and not looking. Finding them — and getting them to take your call seriously — is the job.

You will be Proppr's first dedicated talent function. You're not joining a process. You're building one.

What You'll Own

  • Proactive sourcing and outreach for Sales Advisor roles — passive candidate pipelines, cold outreach, network mapping
  • End-to-end candidate experience: first contact to offer stage
  • Live pipeline and hiring tracker, updated weekly with no prompting needed
  • Employer brand touchpoints: outreach messaging, candidate communication, how Proppr presents itself to prospective hires
  • Over time: onboarding coordination, advisor retention tracking, hiring playbook documentation

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years in talent acquisition, with a track record in BFSI, luxury, wealth management, luxury automotive, or premium B2B services
  • Real headhunting experience — passive candidate pipelines, cold outreach, closing hires from zero existing relationship
  • Strong writing: outreach messages, candidate communication, and job descriptions that don't sound like HR boilerplate
  • Comfortable operating directly with the founder in a flat structure — no need for a manager telling you what to do each morning
  • Has built or contributed to a sourcing process from scratch, not just inherited one

What We're Not Looking For

  • IT or tech recruiter backgrounds
  • RPO or volume hiring experience
  • Anyone whose sourcing strategy starts and ends with Naukri and LinkedIn Easy Apply
  • Anyone who needs an established infrastructure or a large HR team to operate
