Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Major Focus – 70%)
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job expectations.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and social media hiring.
Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interview schedules.
Manage the complete interview process and ensure timely closures.
Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined timelines.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations (30%)
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
Assist in HR policy implementation and process compliance.
Handle employee queries related to HR operations and policies.
Support performance management and other HR initiatives as required.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
4+ years of experience in HR with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition.
Good understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals, recruitment tools, and sourcing strategies.
Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS/HRMIS, and reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Positive attitude, strong coordination skills, and problem-solving approach.
