Job Description

Experience: 1–5 Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Consultant – Talent Acquisition with experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering to candidate onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
  • Recruit for a wide range of IT positions including Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, ERP, Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, and other technology-related roles.
  • Handle hiring for non-technical and support functions where required.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidate fit based on technical skills, experience, and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and critical skill requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
  • Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability across the IT industry.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–5 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
  • Proven experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical positions.
  • Strong understanding of technology skill sets including Cloud, Data, AI, Software Development, Infrastructure, and Digital Technologies.
  • Experience in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, social media platforms, and networking channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in salary benchmarking, offer management, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
