Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels within the organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate experience, employer branding, recruitment analytics, and onboarding coordination. This role requires a strategic recruiter who can build strong talent pipelines while ensuring timely closure of positions across sales, service, operations, technical, corporate, and leadership functions.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
Understand hiring requirements and partner closely with hiring managers
Develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies for various positions
Drive timely closures while maintaining quality of hire
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, databases, and networking
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Conduct proactive talent mapping for critical positions
Screening & Interview Coordination
Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
Conduct structured competency-based interviews
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Offer Management & Onboarding
Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions
Coordinate offer release, documentation, and joining formalities
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn, job portals, career events, and social media
Build relationships with colleges, universities, consultants, and recruitment partners
Promote SFRI India as an employer of choice
Recruitment Reporting & Analytics
Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality
Prepare recruitment dashboards and management reports
Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes and efficiency
Compliance & Process Management
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations
Maintain recruitment records, ATS updates, and candidate databases
Support HR projects and workforce planning initiatives when required
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently
Experience hiring across Sales, Service, Operations, Corporate, and Leadership functions
Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking channels
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Prior experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Pharma, or related industries preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
