Job Description

Salary: Upto 12,000 (as per experience and interview performance)

Work Mode: Remote

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Non-IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social 
  • media, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for 
  • specific roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, 
  • and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
  • Aware of sourcing portals like Naukri, Linkedin, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
