About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition / Sr. Talent Acquisition professional who can independently drive hiring across business and support functions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, candidate assessment skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes with high ownership and speed. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling volume as well as niche hiring requirements while ensuring strong candidate experience and quality closures.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding across all business functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements and business priorities
  • Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, market mapping, and Boolean searches
  • Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates through structured interviews and hiring discussions
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, assessments, feedback, and offer rollouts
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements
  • Ensure strong candidate experience and regular communication throughout the hiring cycle
  • Track recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring funnel performance
  • Work on improving recruitment processes and reducing hiring bottlenecks
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and documentation compliance
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding and hiring operations
  • Support lateral, volume, and occasional niche hiring requirements as business scales

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Exposure to hiring within startup, SaaS, product-based, consulting, or fast-paced organizations preferred
  • Strong understanding of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and market research
  • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes and evaluate role fit and communication maturity
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to multitask effectively
  • Good working knowledge of recruitment trackers, and hiring metrics
  • Bachelor's degree from Tier 1/Abroad colleges or university
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills required
