Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands the creative and strategic talent landscape — someone who can hire not just for skill, but for cultural and creative fit within a fast-paced agency environment. You'll own full-cycle recruitment across creative, strategy, account management, and client servicing roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for creative (art, design, video), strategy, account management, and production roles through job boards, portfolio platforms (Behance, Dribbble), and industry networks
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill creative roles
• Partner with Creative Directors, Account Directors, and department heads to understand role requirements and hiring needs
• Conduct intake meetings to align on must-have skills vs. nice-to-haves, especially for portfolio-based roles
• Screen resumes and portfolios for relevant craft, conceptual thinking, and agency experience
• Coordinate and conduct first-round interviews assessing technical/creative ability and cultural fit
• Coordinate portfolio reviews and creative tests with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate)
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding handoffs
• Represent the agency at industry events, design school visits, and recruitment fairs to strengthen employer branding

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or a related field
• 2–6 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an advertising, design, or creative agency setting
• Experience hiring creative, strategy, or client-servicing roles is a strong plus
• Familiarity with portfolio platforms (Behance, Dribbble) in addition to standard ATS/job boards
• Strong stakeholder management — comfortable working with Creative Directors and senior leadership
• Excellent communication and candidate-experience instincts
