We support recruitment mandates across the complete project lifecycle, including FEED, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, Maintenance, and Project Management for Onshore and Offshore projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Recruiters who have a strong understanding of the Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Green Hydrogen, Power, Water, and Industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting technical, engineering, project management, and leadership professionals for EPC companies, engineering consultancies, operating companies, or specialized recruitment firms serving these industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Water, Power, Renewables, and Industrial sectors.
• Source, identify, and engage technical professionals across global markets.
• Recruit for positions within:
• FEED Engineering
• Detailed Engineering
• Project Management
• Construction Management
• Commissioning & Start-Up
• Procurement & Supply Chain
• HSE
• Operations & Maintenance
• Quality Assurance & Quality Control
• Contracts & Commercial
• Build talent pipelines across disciplines including:
• Process Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Piping Engineering
• Civil & Structural Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Instrumentation & Control
• Project Controls
• Planning & Scheduling
• Construction Supervision
• Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessment.
• Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop market intelligence and talent mapping for key industry segments.
• Maintain strong candidate networks across India, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, Engineering, Construction, or Industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and project-based hiring.
• Experience recruiting for domestic and international projects.
• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines.

Exposure to hiring for Green Hydrogen, Energy Transition, Renewable Energy, LNG, Refinery, Petrochemical, and Industrial Manufacturing projects will be an added advantage.
