Role Description

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at our Gurugram office. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. Responsibilities include d conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent for various roles within the organization.

• 2-4 years of Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify and fulfill hiring needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is advantageous
