We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent for our organization. In addition, your expertise in headhunting will be essential in identifying and engaging with passive candidates in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to fulfill hiring needs across all levels and support organizational growth.
- Utilize headhunting skills to identify proactively and engage passive candidates, fostering relationships for future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including online job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and direct headhunting.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews, ensuring alignment with job qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct comprehensive interviews, including behavioral, competency-based, and technical assessments, where applicable.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, professional associations, and other networks to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative techniques to improve talent acquisition continuously.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and optimize the recruitment process.
- Oversee vendor management to ensure effective collaboration with external recruitment partners and maintain a streamlined recruitment process.
Requirements

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a proven track record of successful hires across various positions.
- Strong expertise in headhunting and engaging passive candidates.
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Prior experience in recruiting for IT and technology-related roles is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Proven experience in vendor management to collaborate with external recruitment partners effectively and maintain a streamlined recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or HR are a plus.
