Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 24 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with ATS platforms and HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)
