Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at our Noida office. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for roles across various departments. The role requires fostering a strong employer brand to attract top talent, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Experience in Interviewing and Hiring processes for different roles and levels across an organization.
  • Strong skills in Employer Branding to build and promote a positive image for the organization.
  • Knowledge of modern Recruiting strategies, tools, and systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in IT or technology recruitment is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-endtechnical recruitment(IT roles only)
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn & referrals
  • Screen resumes based on technical skills & project experience
  • Coordinate technical interviews and manage feedback
  • Maintain hiring trackers and ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:

  • 13 years of experience incore technical hiring
  • Strong understanding of IT skills, tech stacks & roles
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
