Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Minimum 2 Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within the Odoo ecosystem or software / ERP industry. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates across functional, technical, and support roles to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requirements understanding to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
  • Source candidates for technical and functional roles, including Odoo Consultants, Developers, Project Managers, QA, and Support staff.
  • Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Publish job postings on LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate technical and functional interviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation and reports.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Prior experience recruiting for software, ERP, or IT consulting companies.
  • Odoo experience is highly preferred; experience with other ERP or enterprise software is acceptable.
  • Strong understanding of technical and functional roles within software teams.
  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for Odoo Functional Consultants, Developers, and Project roles.
  • Exposure to consulting or system integration environments.
  • Experience in multi-country or remote hiring is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
