Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, includin
UAV pilots, GIS specialists, survey engineers, field staff, and corporate roles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, employee
referrals, networking, and talent agencies.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, define job descriptions,
and establish selection criteria.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability, ensuring alignment with
Company Culture And Role Requirements.
- Maintain HR records, applicant tracking, and recruitment dashboards
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technology,
engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and talent sourcing
strategies.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment
analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple recruitment drives
simultaneously.
