We are seeking a dynamic and drivenSenior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in building a strong workforce by leading both tech and non-tech hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will not only excel at sourcing and recruiting top talent but also bring strategic insight into hiring trends, workforce planning, and proactive talent pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across the organization.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other social media/job boards.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Conduct market research and analyze hiring data to identify trends, skill gaps, and anticipate future talent needs.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure proactive hiring.
- Manage candidate experience effectively through prompt communication and a structured hiring process.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.) to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract talent and enhance the company's presence in the job market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role handling both tech and non-tech hiring.
- Strong experience with sourcing tools and platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media recruitment.
- Ability to apply data-driven insights into recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, candidate assessment, and talent market dynamics.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in an independent, remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-6 years experience instrategic hiringand workforce planning.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Knowledge of employer branding and social recruitment strategies.
Location & Work Setup
- This role is hybrid with 3 days WFO.
- Candidates must be comfortable managing recruitment strategies and processes in a distributed work environment.
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday to Friday for nine hours. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
