Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 35 years of experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles (IT, Product, Engineering, Sales, Ops, HR, Finance, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
- Create and optimize job descriptions and hiring strategies
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate closures
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first touch to onboarding
- Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and ATS updates
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus/volume hiring when required
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles
- Hands-on experience with full recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Exposure to volume hiring or niche skill hiring
