KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tech Hiring: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Product and Tech roles: SDs, DevOPs, Product Managers, UI/UX etc
- Non Tech Hirng: Hire for functions like Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Admin, Customer Support, and Manufacturing.
- Manage full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain candidate pipeline
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and understand hiring needs.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and share weekly/monthly hiring reports.
- Support bulk/volume hiring as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Master/bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in both IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and corporate job functions.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple job requisitions concurrently.
