We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with 12 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good understanding of technical roles, and the ability to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle IT recruitment from requirement gathering to offer closure
  • Understand technical requirements.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
  • Conduct HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure timely closures
  • Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Required Skills:

  • 12 years of experience in Technical recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with job portals (Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR
  • Experience in IT services or consulting environment is a plus
