Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech)

Gurgaon Sec 44 (walking distance from Huda Metro) | In-office | minimum 1 year relevant experience

In hand salary: 30,000 - 45,000 INR/month + incentives on closing positions

We are looking for a sharp, high-ownership technical recruiter who can take charge of sourcing and closing candidates for IT services roles. You will work directly with vendors and candidates to ensure strong pipelines, zero drop-offs, and high offer-to-join ratios.

What you'll do

• Source and screen candidates as per defined JDs and filters
• Ensure follow-through across all steps: CVs, interviews, offers, joining
• Manage and improve recruitment trackers (Excel, Airtable)

What we're looking for

• minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong grasp of screening criteria and filters
• Experience of closing IT or tech roles
• Solid communication skills voice and writing both
• High energy, disciplined follow-up, and a close it attitude
• Comfortable with tools like Naukri, Excel, LinkedIn, and fast at learning new ones
