We're a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup, building a product that solves real, complex problems.
This role exists to own tech hiring end-to-end. You'll work closely with founders, engineering managers, and product leaders to bring in people who can build, scale, and care deeply about what they're building.
This is not a coordination role. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building teams from scratch.
What you'll be responsible for
- Own the complete hiring lifecycle for tech roles from requirement discovery to offer closure.
- Hire across Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, Data, QA and Product, Design roles.
- Drive multiple roles simultaneously without compromising quality or candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, tech stack, and success metrics.
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, communities, and creative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong tech talent pipelines for future hiring.
- Continuously experiment with sourcing strategies to improve quality and speed.
- Maintain accurate hiring data in the ATS
- Ensure structured feedback, quick decision-making, and strong follow-ups.
- Create a hiring experience that reflects our startup culture and values.
What we're looking for
- 34 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Prior experience hiring for product or B2B SaaS companies
- Strong understanding of common tech stacks and engineering roles
- Proven ability to source and close quality tech talent
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
- Strong sense of ownership - you take responsibility, not just tasks
