Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via job boards, recruitment agencies, referrals, social networks, and direct applications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with local and global hiring managers.
• Support candidates through offer preparation and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Generate recruitment reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using Excel, PowerPoint, and other platforms.
