Talent Acquisition Intern

Talent Sourcing

Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other innovative sourcing channels. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.

Candidate Screening

Review resumes, conduct initial HR screening calls, evaluate candidate-role fit, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Interview Coordination

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, manage interview schedules, maintain regular communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process from screening to offer.

Recruitment Analytics

Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports while analyzing key hiring metrics such as sourcing effectiveness, interview conversion, turnaround time (TAT), offer-to-join ratio, and recruiter productivity to support data-driven hiring decisions.

Talent Intelligence & Market Research

Conduct talent mapping, competitor hiring analysis, salary benchmarking, and market research to identify hiring trends, talent availability, emerging skills, and new sourcing opportunities.

Recruitment Strategy

Support workforce planning, hiring strategies, diversity hiring initiatives, campus hiring programs, and process optimization projects. Contribute ideas that improve hiring quality, speed, and overall recruitment effectiveness.

Employer Branding

Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives by creating engaging hiring campaigns, LinkedIn content, employee advocacy programs, referral drives, and campus engagement activities. Contribute to building a strong employer brand that enhances the candidate experience and attracts top talent.

Process Improvement & Automation

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes by standardizing workflows, maintaining documentation, and leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance sourcing, screening, reporting, and overall hiring efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
  • High level of ownership, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
  • Passion for Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and HR Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

Final-year students or recent graduates pursuing/completing MBA (HR), MS Psychology, or related disciplines. Prior internship or project experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources will be an added advantage.
