- Learn to be a 360° Talent Consultant — market research, networking, client calls, candidate management.
- Use LinkedIn & recruitment tools like a pro — not just for scrolling!
- Coordinate interviews, keep track of pipelines, and own parts of the hiring process end-to-end.

- Education done: You must be ready for full-time work.
- Communication: If you can't strike up a conversation with a stranger or write a crisp email then this is not for you.
- Organised: Expect a fast-paced desk, if checklists and trackers scare you, look elsewhere.
- Curious & resourceful: You love finding answers, people, and ways around problems.
- Self-driven: We won't chase you for tasks. You'll chase us for more responsibility.
Nice to have:
