Work Mode: Work from Office, Monday to Friday (Availability on Saturday for Virtual hiring drives as applicable)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring team across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support job postings, offer coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Assist with recruitment drives and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
Requirements
- Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls and WhatsApp.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to work from our HSR Layout office, Monday to Friday.
