Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
  • Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding activities.
  • Work on special TA projects to improve hiring efficiency and processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn recruitment and talent acquisition in a high-growth startup.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office is a plus.
