About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying and hiring top talent. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, employer branding, and talent sourcing across multiple functions and geographies.
The ideal candidate is passionate about people, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and scheduling of interviews.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Support the creation and posting of job advertisements across various platforms.
- Conduct research on talent markets, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends.
- Map talent pools for critical and niche positions.
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
