Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilitie

• sHandle end-to-end recruitment for assigned client accounts
• .Understand client hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
• .Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
• .Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, X-Ray Search, Boolean Search, and other sourcing channels
• .Perform passive talent hunting and talent mapping for niche and hard-to-fill positions
• .Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements
• .Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback collection, and offer management
• .Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures
• .Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS/database, and provide regular hiring updates to clients
• .Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
• .Collaborate with internal teams to achieve hiring targets within defined TATs

Required Skil

• ls1–4 years of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitmen
• t.Hands-on experience in client/account handlin
• g.Strong expertise in passive candidate sourcing and headhuntin
• g.Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and other sourcing technique
• s.Experience working on multiple requirements simultaneousl
