Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior management positions, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top performers in the industry.
• Proficient in sourcing and hiring candidates through LinkedIN and Naukri bye effective job posting, database search and candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations on new hires.
• Male candidates preferred due to job requirements
