Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed, Cutshort, referrals, and college outreach
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of interns and full-time candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
  • Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Coordinate internship programs and campus hiring activities
  • Support employee onboarding and induction
  • Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation
  • Organize monthly HR activities and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate basic attendance and HR-related administrative activities
  • Support the leadership team in building a strong hiring pipeline
