Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed, Cutshort, referrals, and college outreach
- Build and maintain a pipeline of interns and full-time candidates
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Coordinate internship programs and campus hiring activities
- Support employee onboarding and induction
- Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation
- Organize monthly HR activities and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate basic attendance and HR-related administrative activities
- Support the leadership team in building a strong hiring pipeline
