Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong track record of hiring senior Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Leadership professionals across the US market. The role primarily focuses on strategic and revenue-generating positions, including VP, Director, and Sr. Director-level sales leadership roles.
This is a sourcing-intensive role that requires exceptional expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience managing slow-moving, high-impact searches and building talent pipelines for niche sales and leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Leadership roles across the US market.
• Recruit for positions including VP Sales, Sr. Director Sales, Sales Director, Business Development Director, Enterprise Account Executive, Strategic Account Manager, Client Partner, and similar revenue-focused roles.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter extensively to identify, engage, and build pipelines of high-quality passive candidates.
• Execute advanced Boolean search strategies to source niche and hard-to-find sales professionals.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify top talent within target organizations.
• Engage passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, and cold calling.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and develop sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates for sales achievements, leadership capabilities, industry expertise, and cultural fit.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination, feedback management, offer negotiations, and closures.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future strategic sales hiring needs.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Leadership hiring.
• Proven experience recruiting for senior sales roles, including Director, Sr. Director, VP, and enterprise sales positions.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced proficiency in Boolean search, talent mapping, and internet sourcing.
• Demonstrated success in hiring for strategic, niche, and hard-to-fill sales roles.
• Strong passive candidate engagement and cold-calling experience.
• Experience supporting recruitment across the US market.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple strategic searches in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Education
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
