Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Remote/Hybrid

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and drive hiring for leadership and business-critical roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in Non-IT recruitment with exposure to hiring across Mid, Senior, and Director-level positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership and strategic business roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent requirements.
• Drive sourcing, headhunting, screening, and candidate engagement for Mid, Senior, and Director-level positions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify top talent.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage multiple hiring mandates while maintaining quality and speed of execution.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Proven experience in Leadership Hiring across Mid, Senior, and Director-level roles.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently drive hiring outcomes.

Preferred

• Experience hiring for startup, consulting, staffing, or high-growth organizations.
• Exposure to niche and business-critical hiring mandates.
