Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in hiring across various functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
• Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight hiring timelines.
