Speech Language Pathologist

Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a multi-disciplinary pediatric intervention clinic that specializes in providing services for children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. Located in Bengaluru, OCDRC offers a range of services, including Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. The center fosters a supportive environment that focuses on the social, physical, emotional, and intellectual growth of children. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Speech Language Pathologist. The primary responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, designing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and addressing communication, speech, and swallowing disorders. The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and maintaining detailed records of treatment progress while engaging with families to provide guidance and support for at-home strategies.

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and ability to manage various speech-related disorders
• Expertise in addressing Speech and Language Disorders
• Ability to assess and manage Dysphagia and Communication Disorders effectively
• Strong understanding of developmental challenges associated with Language Disorders
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with children and families in a supportive manner
• Certified degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
• Licensure or certification as required in the respective region
• Prior experience in pediatric therapy or similar roles is highly desirable
