Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Bengaluru. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions for children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and implementing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring progress to ensure desired outcomes. The role focuses on empowering children to achieve developmental milestones and improve communication skills.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy and addressing a variety of speech and communication impairments
• Proficiency in evaluating and managing Speech, Communication, and Language Disorders
• Knowledge of assessment and treatment techniques for Dysphagia and related conditions
• Strong understanding of child development and experience working with children with diverse needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelors/ Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Current certification and licensure as required by regulatory bodies
• Demonstrated ability to balance caseloads and maintain documentation with attention to detail
