Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Speech Language Pathologist at our Bengaluru location. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, including those with dysphagia. They will collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to implement personalized therapy plans tailored to improve the communication abilities and quality of life of clients. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records, progress tracking, and participating in team meetings to discuss strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and practices
• Knowledge and experience in addressing Speech and Language Disorders
• Expertise in managing Dysphagia and Communication Disorders
• Ability to design individualized therapy plans and track client progress effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field (or equivalent qualifications)
• Valid certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience in working with children with special needs is highly desirable
