Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru. The role involves delivering speech and language therapy services to children with Autism and related developmental disorders. Responsibilities include assessing speech, language, and communication disorders, developing tailored therapy plans, providing one-on-one interventions, and working collaboratively with families and other professionals to support the child's progress.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Speech Therapy, with the ability to design and deliver effective interventions
- Understanding of Speech and Dysphagia-specific disorders, including evaluation and treatment techniques
- Expertise in working with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Relevant certifications and licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience in working with children with Autism or neurological disorders is a strong advantage
